How do I request a quote for one of your furniture pieces / a custom furniture piece / a custom millwork project?
If you’d like to request a quote for one of our furniture pieces, please email us at email@example.com and include the furniture name, dimensions, wood species and finish. If you’d like to request a quote for a custom furniture piece or millwork project, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include any relevant drawings, floor plans and/or inspiration images.
In your email, please also specify if delivery and/or installation is needed and your delivery address.
What’s your lead time?
All our work is made to order, so our lead times will vary depending on the complexity of the project. We have two lead times: one for our Project Proposal and the other for Production. Our Project Proposal lead time is about 4 weeks following your deposit on a project. Once the proposal is approved, our Production lead time will be about 10 weeks. However, if you have a specific completion date in mind, please let us know ahead of time. We’ll do our best to fit your deadline into our schedule of production.
Do you provide delivery and/or installation services?
We provide delivery and installation services to the Northeast region of the United States. If you are or your project site is located outside of the Northeast region, we require that you have a delivery company and contractor to handle delivery and installation.
Where do you source your wood?
We source all our wood from our local domestic wood supplier in central PA.
Where is your production shop located?
Our office and production shop are located in Philadelphia, PA. Currently, visits are by appointment only. You can schedule an appointment to visit by emailing us at email@example.com.

I have a specific wood and/or finish for a project in mind. Can you match it?
Our shop only sources local, domestic hardwood, including maple, cherry, ash, elm, white oak and walnut. However, we can work with other wood species if they’re provided to us. We also have our own collection of natural, wash, specialty and color finishes expertly developed in house for you to choose from. However, if you have a specific finish in mind, our team will do the very best to match your concept or control sample.
